Photo galleries can contain one or more photos, and if they contain more than one will automatically fade through the photos. They appear inline with text and are great for increasing readership of your newsletter

To insert a gallery

  1. Click inside the article where you'd like the gallery to appear
  2. Make sure your cursor is on a blank line with nothing else on it
  3. To the left of the flashing cursor will be a grey '+' button - click this
  4. From the menu that appears, click Gallery
  5. The image picker will popup. Click Upload Photos to upload one or more photos, or select some existing photos by single-clicking on them
  6. When you've got the right photos selected, click the Insert X Photos button
  7. The gallery will be inserted into your article

The gallery will not fade through in the Author - you will need to Preview the newsletter to see the photos fading through. Also, the gallery will have a grey tint over it in the Author to highlight the options on the gallery - this won't be there in the Preview of Published newsletter.

To update the photos in an existing gallery

  1. Find the gallery on the page and click the Update Gallery button on top of the gallery
  2. In the popup window that appears, single-click to select or deselect photos
  3. Click the Update Gallery button and the gallery will be updated

To change the height of a gallery

  1. Find the gallery on the page
  2. Place your mouse cursor over the bottom edge of the gallery
  3. Click and drag to make it taller/shorter

Galleries have a minimum height of about 250 pixels, so you will not be able to make them shorter than this.

To remove a gallery

  1. Find the gallery you wish to remove
  2. Click the white X that's over the top of the gallery
  3. Confirm that you'd like to remove the gallery and the gallery will disappear
