Any changes made to a published newsletter won't appear to your readers until you make those changes live.
After making changes to a published newsletter:
Click the Options menu in the top right corner of the Author (where you build the newsletter) and choose Make Changes Live
Confirm that you'd like to update your changes to the live copy of the newsletter
The newsletter will be instantly updated and anyone who reads the newsletter from that moment on will get the latest changes
