Stats are a great way to see who is reading your newsletter. After all, if you're spending time producing a newsletter, you want to be sure it gets read.

To open the stats:

  1. On the Dashboard (the screen that lists your draft and published newsletters), find the newsletter you wish to view stats for
  2. Place your mouse cursor over the picture of the newsletter
  3. Below the picture of the newsletter a Stats link will appear - click this
  4. A popup window will appear with the stats

There are two tabs with different stats: readership and email.

Readership stats

These stats give you as basic outline of how much your newsletter is getting read. You can see how many unique readers (that is, individual people that have read your newsletter), the average read time (that is, how long people are reading your newsletter for on average), and a device breakdown.

Email stats

These stats give you an outline on who is interacting with your newsletter when delivered by email. You can see the open rate (that is, the number of people that opened the email summary), the click through rate (that is, the number of people that clicked to open the full newsletter), the number of failed deliveries (that is, the number of bounces or other failed deliveries as reported by our email sending service) and the number of unsubscribes.

You can click on any of these tiles to see which email addresses are associated with each category.
