Email subscribers can be managed in bulk or individually. Here we show you how to individually manage subscribers.

Add a subscriber

To add an individual subscriber:

  1. On the Dashboard (the screen that lists your draft and published newsletters), click the Subscribers button next to the name of the publication you wish to manage
  2. On the popup window that appears, scroll down until you see a form for adding a subscriber
  3. On this form, enter the recipient's email address and click the Add button
  4. Next time you publish a newsletter, this subscriber will receive the email summary

Remove a subscriber

To remove an individual subscriber:

  1. On the Dashboard (the screen that lists your draft and published newsletters), click the Subscribers button next to the name of the publication you wish to manage
  2. On the popup window that appears, scroll down until you see a list of subscribers
  3. Scroll down until you find the subscriber you wish to remove, or search for their email address in the Search text box
  4. Place your mouse cursor over the email address of the subscriber you wish to remove and click the white X button
  5. Confirm you'd like to remove the subscriber. They will no longer receive the newsletter.
